Misty is an Ohio girl and has her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University.  Upon graduation, she moved to Bluffton, SC.  She often says  that she wasn’t born in the south, but that she got down here as fast as she could.  Misty married her college sweetheart  at the Church of the Cross in Bluffton, SC 31 years ago. They are thrilled to be back in the Low Country and are currently building their dream home on Daufuskie Island, SC.

 

Growing up, Misty watched her talented mother create, design and decorate in her upscale boutique.  Misty's desire to beautify homes was passed down to  her from her mom.  Misty always enjoyed working with her mom, and now she has the same honor of working with her two daughters.

While raising 4 children, Misty was very active in helping organizations and individuals make their business’ and homes more beautiful and functional. She worked as the Creative Artistic Director at a large church in Rock Hill, SC for many years both as a volunteer and consultant.

Misty has also worked with numerous realtors and home owners to stage their home for resale.  She also was privileged  to work with congressmen at political events staging for celebrations and acceptance speeches.

Misty specializes in decorating, de-cluttering, and organizing. She enjoys bringing light and order to homes as she feels it truly brings her clients so much joy.

It is a dream come true for her to be able to work alongside her daughters, as they inspire her in so many ways!
