Karley was born with a love for fashion, design, organization and decor. Ever since she was a little girl, she painted and decorated  her own room and loved helping her mom redecorate the house.

 

She graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Retail focusing on fashion and design. When Karley was 22 years old, she had an opportunity to purchase her own clothing boutique in Columbia, SC.  She renovated her space at the boutique and enjoyed managing and designing her space.

 

At the young age of 20 she was asked to stage and renovate numerous homes. In the last 5 years, Karley and her husband Scott, have remodeled and flipped 4 homes.  

 

Karley was recently asked to be a part of the “Design Mom” blog  in 2019, where photos of Karley’s entire house, decorated for Christmas, were displayed on the blog.

Fun fact: Gabrielle Blair, owner of Design Mom blog, featured Joanna Gaines before she was discovered by HGTV. 

 

Karley's love for the low country runs deep as she and her husband got married at the HAIG Point Light House  in 2014. They also fulfilled a life long dream of moving to HAIG in 2020. Karley’s passions include: being a wife to Scott and a mommy to her 4 year old Saylor and 2 year old Oakley.  She loves going to the beach, and staying active and in the great outdoors. 

 

Karley’s dream design is “minimalistic modern coastal decor.”
